A one-track promo CD was distributed to the radio and press in the UK. This might be as close as you’ll come to seeing it, as it was limited to approximately 50 copies.
Released as a digital download only. The song was inspired by the late Syd Barrett, a founding member of Pink Floyd.
The single was released with a charity festival in Syd’s honour in Cambridge and London in October 2008. More info here

Five Hungry Joes - A pictorial archive of the Trashcan Sinatras. Legendary Scottish Band 
I love the look of the CD and the half-opened cover, the pictures look ethereal.
