An advance preview release of the album ‘Weightlifting’.

This CD included the final mixes of All The Dark Horses, Usually and Weightlifting. It also included 11 live tracks from Le Bataclan in Paris on November 10, 1996. Plans to release this as a separate CD titled “Francis in Paris (Paris is in France)” never materialised.

The ‘Weightlifting EP’ was released to coincide with the sold-out shows at the Troubadour in Los Angeles in 2004 and the band’s appearance at the South by Southwest festival of the same year.

I believe Frank nicked the illustrations from an old first-aid book.
