I’m not entirely sure what this promo poster for second album ‘I’ve Seen Everything’ was used for. It’s 12″ x 12″ and printed both sides onto thick card and if you look closely you’ll see the London Go! Discs logo in the bottom right corner.
My guess is it was available from the merchandise stall at some US gigs or sent to record stores for a window display – maybe someone can enlighten me.

I had that exact same thing hanging in my dorm at VWC and Towson back then. It’s exactly that – a promo card usually given to record stores and radio stations. I worked in radio back then, and had a ton of them…long gone, now.

Comment by fivehungryjoes May 20, 2010 @ 5:58 pmthe business term in the US for those is called a “flat” and were typically just the art of an album cover. there were promo people [retail merchandisers] whose jobs were to take those and posters, etc into record shops and make displays.
